  • Choose your 'Subscription Package' (i.e. 1 month, 6 Months or 12 Months) and complete the online form.
  • Enter your payment information.Please Note: All fields are mandatory.
  • Read and agree the Terms and Conditions.
  • Click on ‘Subscribe Now’. Please be patient while we process your personal data and create your account. After your credit card is verified, you will have full access to the 'C Music TV Online' service
  • Click on the login text at the top right of the site, enter your username and password and start watching the world's finest classical, crossover, cinematic & chillout music-videos, uninterrupted 24/7!
Q. Does C Music TV Online offer a package and premium channels?
C Music TV Online offers a live simulcast of the unabridged and real-time feed of our European (satellite) TV channel, 24 hours a day uninterrupted by advertising. We do not currently offer a video on demand service. However, we hope to introduce this service in the near future. Furthermore, we will also add direct download & pay per view services for full length concerts & email out special subscriber discounts on music & exclusive concert tickets.
Q. Can I subscribe to a 'Free Trial' before joining the paid service?
Yes. C Music TV Online allows you to enjoy C Music TV for 2 full days, free of charge.

Q. How does C Music TV Online’s billing work?
Your credit card information is handled by Paypal who have a fully secured service and use SSL encryption protection for all commercial transactions. C Music Entertainment Ltd does not have any access to or record of, these credit card transactions. Your privacy is important to us and the personal login details that we do issue & keep shall not be revealed to any third party under any circumstance. We WILL NOT renew your monthly subscription automatically or charge you unless you decide to subscribe again to C Music TV Online.
Q. Can I terminate my subscription?
You may terminate your subscription at any time or for any reason. However, and this is important, once you have purchased your subscription, the fee shall be non-refundable and you will not be able to cancel you billing despite cancellation of the service.

Q. What credit cards does C Music TV Online accept?
All the major credit cards are accepted including MasterCard, Visa & American Express.
Q. Does C Music TV Online accept Paypal?
Yes, we accept Paypal payment.
Q. Do you accept other payment methods?
Unfortunately, we do not accept payments by mail, phone, cheque or money order.
Q. Getting a refund
You may terminate your subscription at any time or for any reason. However, and this is important, once you have purchased your subscription, the fee shall be non-refundable and you will not be able to cancel you billing despite cancellation of the service.

Q. What is a 'Promotional code' and how does it work?
Among other services, C Music TV Online may from time to time offer Promotional Codes as a convenient way to offer our customers, employees, or partners a discount on the C Music TV Online subscription. Promotional Codes are a numerical code, written in the appropriate window on a subscription form, which allows us to recognize you as our special customer and grant you with a discount.
Q. Is the C Music TV Online service available all over the world?
The C Music TV Online service is currently available anywhere & everywhere in the world except for the United Kingdom. If the service becomes available in the United Kingdom we will be notify our subscribers via email.
Q. Does C Music TV Online offer Video on demand services?

ACCOUNT FAQ

Q. I have forgotten my password, what should I do?
To have your password sent by email, click on the ‘login/register’ link at the top right of the site, enter your email address into the correct field and select the ‘Forgotten Password’ button. Your password will be sent to your e-mail account.
Q. How do I renew my C Music TV Online subscription?
At the end of your chosen 'Subscription Period' your login will stop working & you will be asked if you would like to renew your account.
Select your 'Subscription Period' and enter you payment details. Once your details are verified, you will be sent an email with an activation link.

WATCHING ONLINE TV FAQ.

Q. Is there a Programming Schedule
C Music TV does not provide a programming schedule, but details of the track currently playing are shown at the start and end of each track
Q. How do I watch C Music TV in Full screen
Click on the icon to watch C Music TV full screen and the Esc button to exit full screen.
Q. How do I Mute C Music TV
Click on the icon to mute the sound.

TROUBLESHOOTING/ TECHNICAL FAQ.

Q. What system requirements do I need in order to watch C Music TV Online?
To watch C Music TV Online you'll need the following basic systems:
  • Operating System: Microsoft Windows 98, 2000, XP, Vista. Web Browser: Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer version 6 or later.
  • Windows Media Player 11 - Installed (click here to download)
  • A broadband Internet connection of at least 1,200 Kbps
  • Q. Can the C Music TV Online service support Macs?
    Unfortunately, the C Music TV Online service does not support Macs. C Music TV Online currently uses Windows Media Player to ensure the best quality of video streaming and to protect the content with DRM (Digital Rights Management). Macs do not support Windows Media Player with DRM
    Q. I cannot see any video
    • Try a bandwidth test - there is a link on the subscribe page. You will need at least 1,200Kbps.
    • In the Windows Media Player:
      1) Go to Tools Options and select ‘download codecs automatically’
      2) Reinstall Windows Media Player (or roll back to a previous version)
      3) Restart your computer for the changes to take place.

    • Adjust your proxy settings:
      1) In the Windows Media Player, click on the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options.'
      2) Click the 'Network' tab and select the protocol check boxes.
      3) Click the 'Apply' button and try accessing the video again. If you get another error, go to the next step.

    • Verify your setting in the 'Streaming Proxy Setting' area:
      1) If you do not know what your proxy server is, select a protocol
      2) Click 'Configure' and then select the 'Autodetect Proxy Settings' or 'Use Proxy Settings of the Web Browser' available for HTTP protocol only.
      3) Do this for each protocol.

      Please Note: If you are connected to the Internet through a dial-up connection, you might not be able to choose the proxy server.
      For more information, please consult your Internet service provider (ISP).
    • Check your graphic and audio hardware drivers. If these are out-of-date, try to upgrade them.
    Q. I can see video but not audio, what do I do?
    1) Check your speakers are turned on.
    2) Make sure your 'Master Volume' and 'Wave' are up and not set on the 'Mute' mode.
    3) Make sure that the C Music TV Online player is not set on the 'Mute' mode.
    4) Check the audio by trying to play media content from other websites.
    Q. Can I view C Music TV Online on my television?
    Yes, you can! You can connect your PC to TV by using a simple S-Video cable and an RCA / VGA audio cable. Click on view full screen to watch C Music TV on a regular TV screen.
    Q. Can I use the same C Music TV Online account on different computers at the same time?
    No, you can access the C Music TV Online service from a single location only. Dual login is prohibited.
    Q. Can I save or download your content to my PC?
    No, our content is delivered only as a streaming media file and cannot be saved on your computer.
    Q. Which browser is better to use when accessing C Music TV Online?
    C Music TV Online recommends our subscribers use Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox 2 or higher
    Q. What does it mean when the Windows Media Player is "buffering"?
    Windows Media Player sometimes buffers during the streaming process. Buffering means that the player has run out of data and has to wait to receive more data from C Music TV Online before it can start playing again. To minimize your computer's buffering time, make sure there are no other tasks running on your computer at the time of viewing.
    Q. I can’t login to C Music TV Online’s 'Free Trial', what should I do?
    After your account has been created, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. To activate your account you will need to click on the link in the email. Please Note: You will not be able to login without the activation. In some cases, the confirmation email will moved to your Junk Mail folder so please check this as well. If you do not receive the email, please contact us

    Q. In how many languages do you offer your support service?

    Q. What information will the customer support need in order to help me as quickly as possible?
    Our technical team will require your username and password as verification of your account. We would also advise you to have your technical specifications/operating systems on hand.

    Here are some questions our customer support may need in order to help you:
    • What type of computer do you use?
    • What Internet Browser do you use? (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox etc.) and what is its version, if known? (e.g. Internet Explorer 6.0)
    • What Operating System do you use? (Windows XP, Mac OS etc.)
    • What speed and type of Internet connection do you use? (Broadband 1Mb, 4mb, Dial-up etc.)
    • Are you behind a corporate firewall (i.e., are you working in an office building)?
    • Do you receive any error messages? If so, please give us more details on this.
    • Please describe thoroughly the problem you are experiencing.
